On Saturday September 10, 2022 Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco gathered with our partners, local dignitaries and supporters to welcome the households of 612 Jefferson Avenue to their new homes.

After their 500 hours of sweat equity, these first-time homeowners are ready for move-in!

Construction

While construction is complete, we have documented some of the development’s milestone’s along the way, so you can see affordable homebuilding in action.

Downtown Development

This complex of 20 townhomes is a great example of how Habitat can take a small parcel of land and, through innovative design, maximize the number of homes being built. The Project density is 174 du/acre! To complement this smaller footprint, Jefferson residents will use a car stacker.
