Critical Home Repair
Since 2011, Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco’s Neighborhood Revitalization program has aimed to extend our work into the neighborhoods where we build — delivering critical home repairs, renovating community facilities, and beautifying parks and gardens to improve the health, safety, and well-being of residents in our two focus neighborhoods: San Francisco’s Bayview neighborhood, the city of East Palo Alto, and Menlo Park’s Belle Haven neighborhood.
We have provided critical home repairs for over 70 long-time low-income homeowners in San Francisco’s Bayview and over 50 homeowners in East Palo Alto.
Community Facility Renovations
We partner with the local community to help renovate community facilities that have been assets in the neighborhoods for decades. Our past projects have included Free At Last and Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
