Keeping Long-term Homeowners Healthy and Safe

These repairs are critical as they improve the health, safety, and well-being of the homeowners, many of whom are senior citizens on fixed incomes. This helps to reduce the displacement of seniors, plus preserves the value of their home for future generations.
