San Francisco — February 28, 2024 — Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco (Habitat Greater San Francisco) is proud to announce the appointment of Pam Dorr as Vice President of Home Preservation. Dorr brings nearly two decades of experience developing and leading affordable housing organizations in the U.S.

“I am honored and inspired to join Habitat Greater San Francisco,” said Pam Dorr, newly appointed Vice President of Home Preservation. “The work they are doing is absolutely critical to the health and wellbeing of so many Bay Area families. Whether it is building affordable homeownership or working to keep homeowners in their homes longer, the organization is improving the quality of life for hundreds of families and helping to create stronger, more close-knit and engaged communities. I am thrilled to be part of the team and eager to get started.”

“We are incredibly excited to welcome such a seasoned and experienced leader as Pam to the team,” said Maureen Sedonaen, CEO of Habitat Greater San Francisco.  “As Bay Area home prices continue to soar and construction of entry-level housing hits an all-time low, our Home Preservation program is more important than ever. Pam has the expertise and vision to help us achieve our goal of doubling our impact over the next five years and completing repairs for hundreds of local families.”
