It is our opportunity to celebrate new homeowners and welcome them to their new home and neighborhood!
On June 4, 2022, we had the pleasure of celebrating the six families who have moved in at Geneva Village and now have a permanently affordable home of their own. Watch the video below for a recap of the celebrations.
Habitat GSF broke ground on this development on Geneva Avenue last spring, and despite the additional construction constraints due to Covid, construction is complete! Families moved in late Spring 2022.
New affordable homes for Daly City
Located on the site of a former fire house in Daly City – this parcel is a perfect example of how to develop a hard-to-use site that commercial developers struggled to make viable. These six decently-sized, transit oriented, affordable family homes are in a city that serves beautifully as a connection between San Francisco and the Peninsula.
